Brian Edelman is a nationally recognized cybersecurity expert specializing in the financial services industry. He is the CEO of FCI, a Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP), which he founded in 1995. FCI offers a comprehensive suite of cybersecurity solutions that are customized for financial services firms. One of Brian’s areas of expertise is cybersecurity regulations and compliance at both the federal and state levels. This includes the 23 NYCRR 500 regulations from the NY Department of Financial Services (NYDFS), which impact almost every major financial services organization. Brian is frequently asked to speak at major industry conferences such as TD Ameritrade LINC, The Financial Planning Association, and T3 TechHub. He has been quoted in industry publications such as CNBC, Financial Planning Magazine, and Investment News.
Over the past 15 years, Eric has worked continuously to enhance and improve the services offered by FCI. His focus is on making sure we provide a world-class customer experience while managing daily operations. Eric’s understanding of the financial services industry has provided him with the unique ability to understand the services and solutions our clients need to keep them in compliance.
Vincent has corporate management, sales and business development expertise in North America, Asia and Europe. He joined FCI in May 2017 as a Business Advisor to grow the sales and business development team. From 2012 to 2017, Vincent was on the Board of Directors and Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Croesus, a portfolio management software publisher. Prior to that, he was President & CEO of Metafoam, a metal foam manufacturer offering cooling solutions for computers, President & CEO of Imaginum, a fabless chip manufacturer, Vice-President of Sales and Marketing at Locus Dialog (acquired by InfoSpace, NASDAQ: INSP) and Sales Manager at Apple, where he won two President Club awards for sales achievements. Since 2006, he guest-lectures on creating business plans and offers on-going mentoring to McGill University’s MBA students.
Melody joined FCI in August 2012. She ran marketing and communications until in 2017, after taking more and more responsibilities, she became Operations Manager. Melody plans and monitors the daily operations, revises and formulates policies, and promote their implementation. She works also at improving management systems, processes and best practices to meet the expectations and needs of our clients. She is the backbone of FCI operations and the “go to” person for any and all issues.
Paul has practical experience in technology, business development, marketing, and operations. He worked as executive for successful national independent broker dealers and investment advisors. Paul acts as a vCISO for FCI since November 2017. Since 2013, he is Co-Founder and Managing Director at Strategy Basecamp, a consulting firm focused exclusively in the financial services industry. He has previously served as a COO, CMO, and SVP of Operations and Systems.
Michael Pytura is a technology industry professional and former financial advisor, with over 22 years of experience in Sales and Business Development. He joined FCI in 2018 as Sales Manager. In 2007, Michael started an Insurance and Financial services firm from scratch, and grew it to be one of the most successful in the region in just two years. Those results allowed him become part of the Region Builder’s club. Previously, Michael had held senior sales positions with technology companies in the telecom and IT industries. An avid golfer, Michael was a member of the board of directors at the historical Rivermead Golf Club from 2015 to 2017 and regularly performs as a Jazz vocalist for charity events, including an annual concert for the Make a Wish Foundation.
Pamela is a professional marketing executive with over 25 years of experience in a range of industries. She worked with small and large companies and investors to align offerings with markets to drive business results. Pamela helps FCI build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.
